Good service, but whilst the shoe rack looked as described, it felt rather flimsy for the price. I think that once assembled, it should hold up ok. I wanted something that would take ankle boots, which this does. It is also flat shelves, which I find much better than the ones with a couple of rails. But one star off for the feel of the thing, which did feel rather flimsy.
