Our Returns Policy

We really hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’d like to return something, we’re here to help!

In these cases all items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with the original packaging intact and in a resalable condition. You may return your goods to us yourself or call or email us and we will arrange collection for £9.95 per parcel. Once items are received safely back to our warehouse a refund will be processed.

To be eligible, your item needs to be in its original condition – unused, with tags or labels still attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to have your order number or proof of purchase handy too.

How to Start a Return

Just drop us an email at hello@notaboringbox.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

If your return is approved, we can arrange collection for you. The standard collection cost is £9.95, which we’ll deduct from your refund. For larger or bulky items (like furniture or beanbags), collection costs are usually between £30 and £50. Of course, you’re welcome to arrange your own return if you prefer!

We’ll send you a returns label if needed, along with all the instructions to get your item back to us safely. Please note — returns sent without contacting us first might not be accepted, so just pop us an email before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We always want your order to arrive in perfect condition, so if something’s gone wrong — whether it’s arrived damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered — please get in touch straight away so we can put things right.


Items We Can’t Accept

There are a few things we’re not able to accept returns on, including:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour or style? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order for what you’d like instead.


Refunds

As soon as we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if everything’s good to go. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please bear in mind it can sometimes take a little longer for your bank or card provider to process the refund on their end.

If it’s been more than 15 working days since we confirmed your refund and you haven’t received it, please let us know at hello@notaboringbox.com and we’ll happily look into it.
