Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping at Not a Boring Box – your destination for clever, design-led storage solutions, home organisation, and all things tidy (but never boring!). Here’s how we get your order from our place to yours:

Delivery Information

We ship across the UK using EVRi and Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: £4.95

  • Delivery Time: Usually within 2–4 working days

Larger or bulky items (such as some furniture or oversized homewares) may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your order, the updated shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and where tracking is available, we’ll include those details too.

Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for redelivery.

  • If you’re not in, our couriers will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery depending on their policy.
